Please contact the store at (931)256-6858 or by email at ilovejessys@gmail.com before returning anything through mail. No refunds. Returns must be postmarked for return within 5 days from the date you received your package. Returns should be sent back wrapped in some form of tissue or plastic to prevent damage. Original receipt must be included in the package. Items must have tags attached and be in unworn and unwashed conditions. Return must be free of any odors. Sale items, undergarments, jewelry, handbags, and accessories are nonreturnable. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If you return item or items after the 5-day postmark (per our tracking information) or without contacting the store prior to returning, we will not accept the return and you will be billed to have the item shipped back. If you do not repay the return shipping, we will leave the item at the store for pickup for 7 days and if not claimed, it will be donated to charity.
